Professor, you have made Owan proud.

You have made the entire Edo State proud in the National Assembly.


From the classroom as a world-renowned Professor of Political Science to the chambers of the National Assembly as Leader of the House, you have consistently demonstrated that Owan blood carries intellectual depth, courage and uncommon commitment to service. You have redefined what it means to represent ,with dignity, scholarship and results.


As Leader of the 10th House, you have brought stability, intellectual leadership and moral clarity to the House. Your legislative interventions, your capacity to build consensus, and your unwavering commitment to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda and the progress of Nigeria stand you out as a true statesman and a worthy Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON).


We in Owan land are proud that one of our own is today celebrated as the Best Lawmaker in Nigeria and the Most Outstanding House Leader of the Decade. This honour is not for you alone, it is for all of us  Owan, Edo North, and Edo State.
