National Directors of Engagement of the Tinubu Torch Bearers (TTB) across the 36 states of the federation have vowed to deepen grassroots mobilisation to ensure the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027.

The directors made the pledge during a courtesy visit to the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Woman Leader, Dr. Mary Alile Idele, at the APC Presidential Women Campaign Council Secretariat in Abuja, following her appointment as Director-General of the Council by the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu.

Addressing the directors, Dr. Idele disclosed that all female support groups will now operate under the APC Presidential Women Campaign Council to ensure coordinated and effective mobilisation nationwide.

She charged the directors to deploy their structures and networks to engage women, youths and persons living with disabilities, and to strengthen synergy with APC leaders at the state and grassroots levels.

According to her, winning at the grassroots requires working closely with party leaders across wards and polling units.

Speaking on behalf of the directors, Hon. Adesuwa Ehimuan congratulated Dr. Idele on her appointment, expressing confidence in her capacity to lead.

Ehimuan reaffirmed the commitment of the TTB National Directors of Engagement to unity, strategic engagement and aggressive grassroots mobilisation for the APC ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The visit was climaxed with goodwill messages, group photographs and presentation of gift items to the directors.
