Father Of Murdered 6Year Girl Surfaces

The father of the 6-year-old girl allegedly murdered alongside her pregnant mother in Benin City has come forward. Mr. Uwuigbe Stanley, the father, was spotted at the Edo State Police Headquarters, visibly distraught over the situation.

Mr. Stanley had a relationship with the deceased, Loveth Aimienoho Isaac, resulting in the birth of their daughter, Uwuigbe Divine. Due to complications, Divine was born prematurely via cesarean section and spent three months and two weeks in an incubator.

Mr. Stanley claimed that his former partner stopped him from seeing their daughter two years ago, citing her new marriage. He stated that he had been unable to locate them since 2023.

The father revealed that he only learned about the murder through a friend who informed him after watching a news report on EBS TV online. He expressed shock that neither the woman's family nor anyone else had notified him about the incident.

Mr. Stanley is worried that he has not been allowed to see his daughter's body. He seeks justice for the tragic loss of his child and former partner.

Recall  a pregnant woman, Loveth Aimienoho Isaac, and her 6-year-old daughter were brutally murdered by her estranged spouse on recently. The suspect, identified as Nnamdi, is still at large.

The Edo State Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Moses Yamu, has appealed to the public for information leading to Nnamdi's arrest.

Further investigation revealed that a wedding invitation card had been printed for Nnamdi and the deceased woman, with their wedding scheduled for March 29 and April 6, 2025. The planned celebrations has since turned into mourning and agony.
