Edo First Lady's Office Extends Helping Hand To Family In Need
The Coordinator Office of the First Lady, Edo State, Mrs. Edesili Okpebholo Anani, has paid a visit to a family in need, delivering relief materials, foodstuff, and diapers to the family of Mr. Saviour Sunday and Mrs.
Beauty Sunday. The family had been struggling to cover the medical expenses of their premature baby boy, born on May 29, 2025, with an outstanding bill of N1.4 million.
The Edo State Government stepped in to settle the family's medical bills, showcasing its commitment to the welfare of all residents.
Mrs. Anani emphasized the government's prioritization of healthcare and access to quality medical care for everyone. She advised the family to ensure the baby receives proper medical check-ups and immunization.
The Permanent Secretary, Government House, Mrs. Edith Sede, represented the Coordinator Office of the First Lady during the visit. Mrs. Beauty Sunday expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Edo State Government, Governor Monday Okpebholo, and Mrs. Anani for their kindness and support.
