Edo State Government Takes Certificate Of Occupancy Services To The Grassroots Habiba Sam  The Edo State Government has taken a significant step towards making Certificate of Occupancy (CofO) services more accessible to residents of Edo Central Senatorial District.  The government has officially launched the Edo Central office of the Edo State Geographic Information Service (EDOGIS) in Ekpoma, a move aimed at bringing the services closer to the grassroots.
