Edo First Lady's Coordinator Joins Condolence Visit to Late President Buhari's Family
Habiba Sam The Coordinator of the Office of the First Lady of Edo State, Mrs. Edesili Okpebholo Anani, accompanied the First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, and a delegation of governors' wives and government officials on a condolence visit to the family of the late former President Muhammadu Buhari in Daura, Katsina State.
The delegation paid their respects to the former President's family, visited his grave site for prayers, and stopped over at the Palace of the Emir of Daura to offer condolences.
The First Lady of Nigeria prayed for the peaceful repose of the former President's soul, describing him as a symbol of discipline and devotion to Nigeria.
Mrs. Anani echoed the sentiments, describing the former President's passing as a monumental loss to the nation and prayed for his eternal rest.
The visit demonstrates solidarity and respect with the family during this difficult time.
