First  Female Police PPRO Appointed to Lead Communications in Edo State

The Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, has announced the appointment of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Eno Nkereuwem Ikoedem as the new Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) for the Edo State Police Command. 

This marks a significant milestone, as ASP Ikoedem becomes the first female to hold this position in the command.

ASP Ikoedem, a native of Akwa Ibom State, brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having served in various capacities within the police force. 

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in English at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).

 Her extensive training includes specialized courses in combat operations, counter-terrorism, and forensic analysis.

Prior to her appointment, ASP Ikoedem served as the Deputy Public Relations Officer in Edo State Command, working closely with two consecutive PPROs. 

Her exceptional professionalism, discipline, and versatility have earned her this prestigious appointment, succeeding CSP Moses Yamu.

The administration of the Edo State Police Command has confidence in ASP Ikoedem's abilities and is poised to provide her with the necessary support to excel in her new role.
