DSS Arraign 5 Suspects Over Benin kidnap Incident Habiba Sam  The Department of State Services (DSS) has brought charges against five individuals accused of kidnapping Jeffery Iserere in Benin City. The suspects, identified as Ozo Obasuyi, Charles Edeho, Enofe Marvis, Johnbull Edoleyi, and Jeffery Igbinoba, were arraigned before the Edo State High Court. The presiding judge, Hon. Justice A. N.
